East access to rooms. Rooms were clean.

Not clean. Housekeeping needs to learn how to clean. Beard hair in the sink, dirt on everything

No security entrance at several doors. Mildew smell. No hot breakfast one of our 4 days.

Nothing

The room was dirty. I think they "cleaned" it but it was just gross. The shower pan was stained so much that we showered with a towel on the floor of the shower. The pillow cases had dirt smudges on the. The mattress was definitely beyond its use. Uncomfortable and squeaky. The bathroom door had a layer of dirt near where you would put your hand to close it but it was a good foot long. The bathrrom door also didn't close properly. You had to kinda shove the door to get it closed. There was an ironing board but no iron. There was an ice bucket lid bit no bucket. I will give them props for having a refrigerator that works really well. Definitely will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Didn't like the fact that they don't empty the trash daily had to go buy trash bags and toilet paper because they only gave one roll

This stay was different for sure. The area was good . We felt safe while staying. The first thing we noticed was there was nothing notifying where to check in. The windows were all dark and you really couldnt tell where check in was . We get inside the young man behind the desk was very kind , courteous. We came out of the room and forgot the key while we were going to inquire about a hair dryer . He said should be one in room. When we got back from dinner we checked again , no hair dryer . He checked with someone they didnt think they had any. A few hours later the young man called the room he had found a hair dryer for us. So very helpful. The room didnt feel cleaned. The chair looked so worn and dirty we didnt use it . I was suprised no plastic covers on mattress. The water pressure was great but the shower floor needs scrubbed . I wore my sandles in the shower. The was litter on the floor in the room. The tv screen had something smeared on it . I did clean it . The mirror above the sink was in desperate need of a cleaning solution taken to it . You could see where a rag of some sort went across it . It had so much build up just wiping with a towel did nothing for it .All the glass in the room had not been clea. As im brushing my teeth this morning with the mirror light on I find a roach with no legs. (Thats Marijuana). I took it to front desk . He made a note of it . Just didnt feel like the room was cleaned. Probaby wont stay at this hotel while in Marysville again. TY
