Quality Inn Marysville

The facility was in awful conditions. The bed was so hard and I noticed bodily fluids on the bed skirt. I reserved for 2 days, and left first thing in the morning and stayed at another local hotel. This hotel is very dirty.

Check in was easy. Breakfast was accommodating to our needs. Close to restaurants.

Facility needs work. Laundry cart in the hallway (at night). The side door had no lock so premises was not secure. The over all place needs a make over. Stayed at 6 different hotels on our trip and this one was our least favorite.

Stay as far away from this place as you can. To say my room was a dump is actually insulting a dump. I'll go down the list of what was our room looked like. The room reeked like smoke as soon as we entered, went to shut the door, noticed there was no deadbolt on the door frame, I set my phone down on the nightstand and accidentally put my hand in some kind of gel-like substance on the top of the nightstand, when I went into the bathroom, there was black mold covering the entire bottom front of the shower, there was burnt food hanging from the roof of the microwave, the window screen was ripped, and both the nightstand and TV stand had large gouges/deep scratches in them, like they were cut with a box cutter, I opened the drawer of the nightstand and the inside of the drawer was scorched, like someone had lit a fire in the drawer. I figured I better check for bedbugs, since the room was already pretty underwhelming, so lifted the mattress up and thank God there were no bedbugs, but between the box spring and mattress was filthy, with hair, dirt, flecks of skin, and what looked like dead bug casings. After driving for 12 hours, we did not get into Marysville until around 11, so it was too late to cancel or try and find something else at this point, so we stayed. I mentioned the room to the manager the next morning when I checked out, making sure to point out how disgusting the shower was, and he didn't apologize, didn't offer any compensation, no refund, nothing. Just said "we'll, look into it." I mean, do you really want to stay at a place like this, especially when they have proven they don't care? Included a few pics that I took of the room.

Comfy beds with friendly staff. Room could have been cleaner but pool was nice. Nice area to walk to the store or to get something to eat.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. I would definitely stay here again!
