"Don’t waste your money here. You’ll be disappointed"

The location

It was run down, dirty, rooms looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The pool area was dirty and the water was freezing. We have stayed here numerous times in the past and I’m sorry to say we will NOT be returning. This is the very first review I’ve ever left so that should say something. The gentleman at the counter on the night shift was extremely nice though, but it doesn’t make up for the hotel itself. I do not recommend

"Never will I rent a room from any Quality Inn again"

"No quality inn"

The doors to the room didn’t close, had to be pulled really hard to lock. The shower door handles were broken and difficult to slide. There was no soap in our room (hand or shower). No soap in the community/entry way bathroom. We asked twice, no soap for two days. Pool was freezing. Chairs in the pool and lounge area were duct taped to each other (ghetto!!). The doors coming in to the hotel were never locked, anyone could walk in. Bathroom door rubbed against the bottom of the floor, very difficult to open and close. AWFUL experience. Staff was non responsive as well.

The bed came off the floor when we sat on it. After switching rooms, the fridge was dirty and there was a hair care products left in the room from previous guests. The cameras are held up with duct tape and there was mud all over the floors. Definitely do not recommend

Beautiful new shower stall. HEATING SYSTEM WORKED FINE. DESK CLERK AGENT WAS VERY GOOD

I have stayed here beforfe. The breakfast was better last time. The bed seemed better last time.

"This hotel is disgusting and would never recommend."

Hotel was very dirty, breakfast omelettes were cold, stains all over carpet even in our room, bags of garbage sitting in hallway.

"Great staff! An ok budget hotel."

The manager on was phenomenal. Went above and beyond to help my stay.

This is my second time here and everytime I stay my key card doesn’t work the second time I try to get into my room. Very annoying to have to go back down to the main desk and get a new one
