Quality Inn Marysville

Horrible service and rooms. First room AC didn’t work. Moved to different room on second night. TV would not turn off. Had to move dresser out and unplug. Bith rooms not very clean. Breakfast was very disappointing. Will not stay here again

The television in the hotel was not working. The staff new this before I checked in and did not tell me. When I asked for a refund they informed me that I needed to get with booking.com Who immediately gave me the run around. Needless to say everyone was happy except me. The paying guest. : (

The hotel was unbelievably dirty. We booked two rooms, and neither of them was properly cleaned. There was leftover food on the shelves, the blankets were dirty, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn’t been cleaned at all. We appreciated that they offered us a refund, but unfortunately we had to drive one hour to find other place to stay , and since everything else in the area was sold out, it created a very stressful situation for our trip. If possible, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.

This was one of the absolute worst stays ive ever experienced. During Check-in the worker at the front desk told the guy checking in before us that his card on file declined and made him give another card. Then when we went to check in, he tried to say the same thing to us. I explained there is absolutely zero way. He told me to run a different card on their credit card machine that didnt even show anything but a white screen. I used the SAME card he tried to tell me was declining in the system we booked with and it was good. After check-in, we were heading to our room on the 2nd floor and the stair well was full of Modelo beer cans and several intoxicated people laying across the steps and you couldn't even use the stairs. People were smoking pot outside and inside and it smacked you in the face everytime you tried to go anywhere. Once in our room we went to settle in as we had just drove 10 hours. The shower was FILTHY and had dirt build up on the shower pan with a USED band-aid laying in the shower. There was food or something spilled all over the a/c unit and the walls to the doors were black around the handles and inches of dirt. We went back down stairs to talk with the front reception about the cleanliness of the room and they were no where to be found. Granted it was very late when we get in, clean rooms should be a given. We couldn't even let our child bathe that night with the state of the shower. The next morning we packed our belongings and went down to the reception and informed the staff on duty about the state of our room and the experience that night. We showed her pictures we took and her response was "this hotel very nice for price". My husband travels all over several states for work and told her there are absolutely cleaning standards no matter a price point and the hotel room was nasty.
