the location and easy access to the expressway

Children, apparently without adult supervision, were playing and making noise in a room until 3 a.m. There was no one at the reception desk from 12:25 a.m. onward to complain to, and it seemed to be a normal and frequent occurrence at this place, because no one ever came to do anything about the unbearable noise all night. Cockroaches were crawling all over the room
