The office clerk gave me an upgrade, but it was a room that had a broken sofa, couch flpillows was in the closet with a broken dresser, and their phone did not have a line connected. I was about to call them to let them know and that’s when I discovered that. The sink drawer was missing too.

Older room is smelled a cigarette

The first problem was that even though I extended my stay on hotels.com and talked to the front desk about it, they still kicked me out of my room and told me my stuff was there illegally only to let me check back into the same room a few hours later. I had to leave work to come back and get my stuff. Then they cancelled my key card a day early because they were mistaken about my check out date. Also, the tub dripped constantly and the last day I was there, it wouldn’t turn on to the shower at all.

Bugs everywhere, rude staff, dirty rooms, time didn't match online photos. Housekeeping screamed at and belittled my autistic son and falsely accused him of smoking in the room

Good value for money, excellent staff, clean rooms. WiFi in and out a bit but generally ok.

Nada. Las tarjetas no servían. Y no contestan el teléfono de recepción. El lugar huele mal

No hay toallas en la habitación, ni botes de basura, ni mesa ni sillas. Ni plancha , ni cafetera ni jabón. Ni champo. Solo un rollo de papel a medio usar. El lavamanos no sirve !!!! No había agua !!!! Y la habitación apestaba a orinesun muy y las personas que atienden la recepción no están en su lugar. El hotel pésimo. Lastima porque yo lo uso con frecuencia y no voy a volver más ni lo voy a recomendar . Tome un video pero no carg en las fotos. Si me envían un email. Se los mando Así pido un reembolso de mi dinero por el mal rato que tuve que pasar
