"First Time but Not the Last"

What a wonderful stay! From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, it was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly, kind and very helpful. The room was a studio but very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located - right off the interstate, near shopping, food and thankfully next to a touchless car wash. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was very spacious. The road was noisy and so were the people above us. The room needed some updating as the furniture was worn and not what I would expect from a Marriot.

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!"

First off their staff is completely unprofessional and ghetto. A front desk staff member named Jodie came to our door for a noise complaint, we agreed to have it turned down, conversation was over. She went on a power trip and decided she wasn’t done talking, stuck her foot in the door as I was closing it, threatening to call the cops.. made no sense after I agreed to turn the tv down which was at 70 by the way. Not only did this happen the general manager was negligent and did absolutely nothing to accommodate. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Also the breakfast is horrible.. worst marriott i’ve everrrrr stayed at and I stay with them a lot!!!

“I stayed at TownePlace Suites with my family, and it was absolutely perfect! The hotel staff greeted us warmly, and the check-in process was seamless. We had a spacious room for everyone, and the kids loved the special amenities provided for them, including a kids' activity pack and a pool area designed with families in mind.
