I am very upset with the lack of respect towards my family and I. I showed up at the accommodation and the person who welcomed us today Saturday the 12th at 4:20 pm began to throw our reservation papers at us, did not want to work, verbally attacked us and threw the keys at us. Which is why I got very angry and left the accommodation and told her she was a racist person, I don't know how people like that can have any knowledge of what customer service is. I can't identify the person's name but she was white with blue eyes, an uneducated person and very racist. I came from far away with my family and that woman made us leave.

Rooms were clean, but cold.

Pool was cold. Kids came out of the pool couldn't feel their legs. Advertised they had a hot tub but did not have a hot tub on site.

This was possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. We chose this location so my kids could swim and use the hot tub, arrived at 8pm. They said the hot tub was broken so we got ready to use the pool. It was ice cold, which the people in the lobby who were staying said they were staying for two days and said the staff kept telling them it would be twenty min to warm it up but it was never actually being worked on. Then the beds were god awful - springs were coming through, I was awake all night, tried sleeping on the floor on a blanket, but didn't sleep at all. Then in the morning they said the pool should be warm -it was like ice again. Don't stay here. The only reason people go to hotels is for amenities and to sleep, and we got neither.

This stay had a couple flaws. First was the pool was freezing cold, missing the basketball hoop and no hot tub as advertised. The second issue we had was the shower curtain was missing and we didn’t realize until the morning.

I arrived very tired and ready to be comforted by a warm welcome and Mahendra did just that. He was pleasant, offered a warm welcome and helpful information before I departed for my room. Customer service goes a long way in hospitality, so THANK YOU Mahendra for making me feel taken care of!
