The location

Window did not shut and there wasn’t a window screen to prevent mosquitoes from coming in The carpet , according to the front guy receptionist, was recently shampooed and was wet and smelly The toilet seat was broken The bathroom sink was clogged and took awhile for water to go down And a roach crawled in the bathroom while I was in bathroom! That is when we decided to let the front desk know that we were checking out, which would have been 5 hours after we checked in. The receptionist said he understood and would refund our money however, unsure if that’s gonna happen. Money has not been refunded as of yet.

Staff was polite.

Room had left over socks and hair in drawers. Freezer had previous stays opened ice cream . There was no towels or toiletries. We were not made aware that after a certain time there is no front desk employee, I ordered Uber eats and the delivery guy told me I had to come down and open the lobby door due to it being locked. Once I came downstairs front desk area had a medal closing that was locked 🔒 and the lobby was locked.

The 2 Gentlemen at the Front desk were both helpfull and seemed to be very busy multitasking while helping guests.

Some staff seemed to bothered when asked or informed of a situation. Alot of standing and doing nothing while simple tasks could be done. Replenishing coffee,cereal/breakfast bars/cups/lids etc...
