We receives the booking confirmation and we were charged the full amount two days before. When arrived to the hotel there was no room available. The receptionist said all room were already booked, regardless our confirmed reservation. They didn't even apologize. Worst place ever.

After confirmed and paid booking they had no rooms. I had to go and look for another hotel.

I made a reservation weeks in advance yet when we got there there was a sign that said there were no rooms even if you had a reservation. When we talked to the front desk they said all rooms were given away and we'd have to find somewhere else to stay. There were many others behind us that also had reservations but got no rooms. The young girl was overwhelmed with everyone complaining at her there was no manager no owner around and the place was dirty. They ended up finding one room for us but it was not the one we were reserved or paid for. We were very disappointed in our stay there and will never book a room again with this company.

The staff was overwhelmed because of overbooking but they were kind.

When I arrived at the hotel at 10:00pm they had no rooms available even though I had a paid for reservation. The hotel was obviously housing unhoused individuals.

The room is nice, area is nice and convenient Johnathan at front desk is amazing and so is most of the other staff

Sadly the main worker i had to deal with does not want to work. Refused to allow me in the room for over an hour, is very unprofessional, and very rude. She works the 3 to 11 shift mostly and usually wears something covering her head. Since staying here for a short span the fire department has been here five times and is going to the courts this week to get an order to condemn the hotel if they do not improve safety elements, as their fire alarm system is not being maintained. The police have also been here two separate occasions, and a crack head who was fighting with her boyfriend all night was my neighbor the first night. On top of that their is an uncharge for everything

THEY GAVE OUR ROOM AWAY WITHOUT NOTICE WAS NOT ABLE TO STAY!!!,

They gave our room away !!! Never got to stay .Bathroom in lobby was dirty. Bookings was good but facility EXTREMELY unreliable . Would NOT RECOMMEND! They were not easy to get refund til we contacted Bookings . FACILITY EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Nothing. It was unkept. No one came to the front desk after I waited for over 20 minutes. We ended up not even staying. The grounds were over grown. The lobby was gross and smelled. There was trash.

It was dirty, not maintained, the outside and inside of the building were neglected and dirty.

Not much to like. Wouldn't go back. 🤮😡

No amenities like ice machine, shampoo in shower. Being passed around to a different location. With the same desk clerks. Not happy after a 10-12 hour trip. Alot of unhappy people there.

I was turned away upon arrival.

Booking.com owes me a refund. Upon arriving I was informed there were no rooms available. Booking.com booked the room when the motel was filled to capacity. They never received my money. I am requesting full reimbursement from Booking.com. I stayed at another location and have a receipt as proof.
