Good location, super un organized took us 35 mins to get a front desk person

Room spacious and comfortable. Location next to breakfast options.

TV limited. Property was safe but there seem to be a lot of long term resident individuals and families there for housing.

Location was nice. Tucked back but right in the middle of a lot at the same time.

Human trafficking warning sticker on the front door to lobby was a turn off. When we arrived for our stay, we were met by a very rude woman who looked at us like we had just walked into her home. Did not greet us in any way. I had to state we are checking in and was met with a snooty “no we had to cancel your reservation”. I asked why and all I got was “no housekeeping”. We had driven over an hour to get to there and not one person contacted us in any way to let us know. After that encounter and the look of the lobby, I was actually grateful to not be staying there.

I liked the room, location, pets welcome and price.

The older women that works the evening shift on the 25th to 26th was rude and very unprofessional. I went to the desk to get a new key and approximately 8:30 p.m. she informed me that the person from the morning did not run my card or my room wasn't paid for some reason. I was giving a key that morning that worked all day so I went to get my car to pay the room. She waited on another customer for over an hour and a half trying to check them in while I stood there. And approximately 10:00 p.m. 10:30 maybe she walked away from the desk as if she was going to do something in another area and just left for the night leaving me and the other people sitting in the lobby. Thank God I had my dog with me or I would have had to call the fire department or police. I had to find another place to stay that night because I could not get in my room. The next morning I went to go get my belongings out of the room and come to find out my card was charged for a room that I didn't get to spend the night in and it was charged that morning. The same woman was on shift again she was rude she followed me to the room after I begged her for a key she wouldn't give it to me. My room was paid and there was no reason for her to not give me my own key it was not check out time yet. I went in my room but she opened the door for me. I was in the room with my door shut she opened the door with her key and stuck her head in the door. I feel like I was violated treated poorly and I just could not believe what was going on. I checked out of the hotel I would like my money back for that night but I did not get to go in my room

To crowed always needed to wait for clean towels…. Asked for clean wash towels and never got them

Advertised stocked kitchen, no coffee pot or anything in kitchen. No coffee in lobby. No ice.
