"Exceptional"

Very quick and easy check in and out. The property was very clean...always smelled fresh and saw staff cleaning lobby, hallway, and all areas. The room was very spacious. It had a whole kitchen I didn't realize when booking! The pool was small and closed early (9pm), but that's not the reason we were there, so that didn't really concern us.

Property was clean, quiet and comfortable. The elevator did get stuck , but other than that everything was wonderful! Will definitely be back.

"Last online booking for me"

The room was nice and well put together and the air conditioning was definitely a plus! Kitchen was very nice and loved the bar idea especially with kiddos.

Sink wasn't cleaned out, counters and floors were not cleaned AT ALL! Bathroom had black mold on ceiling and all around tub, stains on the rags, no extra blankets or pillows for futon .. when asked was told he wasn't sure he had any extra blankets or towels.. which is odd. But yet he came out with them. Also no fan in the bathroom . Iron and board were also in need of serious updating ! It almost ruined my husband's shirt ! Last the dishwasher leaks and that was how I knew that nothing was cleaned! Im hoping the sheets were washed 😩

The MainStay Suites in Brentwood is a basic, no-frills hotel to say at. Probably the least expensive in the Brentwood area. It was a nice, quiet stay, it is a suite room with a kitchen, fridge, micro, couch that pulls out to a bed - decor somewhat dayed & aged..... But the bed was incredibly comfortable! I slept so well here!

It was terrible. Everything was filthy. Sticky. Dirty dishes. Stuck on food on microwave plate. Had to have staff come in and re-clean the bathroom. Ice maker didn’t work. And they announce your room # to everyone in lobby. The lobby smelled of cleaning products every time you walked in and in the guest rooms. Yet rooms weren’t clean.

Your room was nice with a stove and refrigerator and sink. Some of the furniture and all is a little worn little patches on the wall but that's no big deal. Shower was hot the room was clean. However they still advertise breakfast but they are not doing it that was the biggest disappointment. And the pool was a little dirty

Elevator made moving our cooler easy. Large refrigerator was helpful. Maybe missing a few bowls and utensils in suite. Missing outlet cover and same outlet was loose (by couch). Otherwise, liked property and location a lot. Most comfortable bedding of our vacation.
