Not very clean

Dirty, had no inner curtain on one of the windows so the light from outside shown i to the room. Fridge i. Top was extremely dirty and not clean

We have been to this hotel 3 times we love it wish the pool was open but it wasnt kids was a little disappointed other than that we love staying here if they had complimentary breakfast i would give 5 stars

Let me be perfectly clear, the person who checked us in on May 3rd was amazing even getting us in early to room 215 as we were part of a planning committee for a Kentucky Derby party for 115 people in the area and with all the rain, was a chaotic day. So she was very helpful and even went out of her way to comment on our ridiculous attire. Where is am unbeliebable angry is with your night staff by the name Livean Smart. We settled in Saturday night around 10pm. Around 1:30am I hear some knocking but paid no attention. Thirty minutes later I hear it again and now its closer. I wait and now its banging on my door. I go to the door and this person is asking me "who is inside this room", I need your name! I told them to go away its 230am. He insisted on my name again and again. I again told him no way was I providing my name and I was calling the front desk. I called and he answered and asked for me by the wrong last name as Kelm. I corrected him and he went on to tell me I did not have a reservation which I told him absolutely had it through Expedia. He then tell me it was cancelled and I was refunded at which point I told him, that is not my issue and why in the world he thought it was ok to knock ont he door at 230 am. This all should of been handled at checkout. So, at 8am Sunday when I went to check out we were greeted by the same lovely lady who checked us in. She told us that Mr. Smart was a temporary fill in. This should of never happened!

I loved the convenience of having a full kitchen to help feed my hungry crew on a budget.

They didn't provide any bedding for the couch bed.

The whole place reeked of MJ and completely didn’t meet my expectations. I stayed here in the past for new years 2 years ago. It’s very different from what it used to be idk if it’s new management or what. This hotel was a COMPLETE waste of my money . There were people with lit cigarettes at the front counter at one point. A group down the hall made the building reek of weed and there was rust all over the place in my own suite. I was devastated when this place went so downhill in comparison to my previous stay. it was so nice in the past.

Nothing

I didn’t like the fact I booked a room and was charged for a room and when I arrived I wasn’t able to even get a room. Then to make matters worse I was given a room and when I walked in it was occupied. The possibility of something going wrong with me walking into someone’s room while they were sleeping is endless, plus I had my child. By the grace of god I was able to find another hotel to stay and they were able to void my payment.

All the staff was nice and helpful. I felt very safe!
