Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Reed Hartman

We were not informed that if you wanted anything for your room - coffee maker, dishes, utensils, cooking items (pots and pans) - you needed to request them. We did not see a sign when the grab and go breakfast was served. Coffee and tea was removed from the breakfast area. Most places we stay have it all day.

The staff did get us into a room that we made do for the night. She was kind and did what she could for us.

This is NOT a place to stay with children. We booked a “suite” and walked into a horror movie. After driving all day and being exhausted, we were scared to lay in the bed. We couldn’t stay in the suite that would have accommodated our 5 person family because it had been broken into and used. We walked in and there were big knives on the floor. Freshly cooked taco meat and foil drug pipes on the floor.

The staff was very kind and attentive

I didn't like not being able to oay in cash

I liked how open the floorplan was and the cleanliness of the rooms!

I did not like how they didn't not accept any sort of cash payment.
