Extended Stay America Suites - Cincinnati - Blue Ash - Reed Hartman

This place was a nightmare from the moment I walked in. The hallways reeked of cigarettes, and there were cigarette butts all over the ground like no one even bothers to clean. The shower had hair in it—clearly not cleaned after the last guest—and to top it off, there were exposed wires right next to the air conditioner! Completely unsafe and filthy. I don’t know how this place is even allowed to stay open. Do yourself a favor and stay far away!

The evening staff was very accommodating when they gave us the wrong room.

Morning staff seemed to be inconvenience when I asked for new towels. Yelled from the office instead of coming out. Then when I asked for new towels, got irritated that I didn't bring down my dirty ones.

Tv didn’t work

I would have liked a little more breakfast options.

Booked a room for my spouse around 11:55 pm. At 12 am booking was auto canceled. I received no notification of cancelation. My spouse arrived at 1:30 am exhausted and they did not let her check in. Staff said she must call the next day for resolution but they charged her for the hotel room at the end without stay. Expedia also could not help as they had charged Expedia. I and Expedia staff called the hotel and I faced with a terrible customer care. Hotel manager also refused to provide a refund. Real bad experience booking a hotel room there.

Staff was very friendly!

Room (328) was not very clean. Garbage can still had trash from previous guest. Bathroom sink needs a good cleaning. Refrigerator light hanging down from wire inside fridge. Elevator floor very dirty. No coffee pot in room. No hair dryer. Staff was attentive when they came to front desk. Would prefer getting a paper receipt at checkout, instead of by email. Would not stay here again.

Extremely poorly managed

The sheets were literally covered in tobacco and I Was told nobody there could clean it but they gave me clean sheets. The comforters were filthy, the upstairs hallway smelled like vomit. It wasnt pricy, but I would NEVER stay here again
