Staff were terrible. We sent in that we would be arriving late and attempted to call three times, no answer either time. When we arrived at 2 am, the rude woman at the front—who we never even saw face to face, by the way—answered the phone to tell us that she could not check us into the room that we paid for because she was running audit for the day.
