Personal, welches für den Transport der Koffers aufs Zimmer verantwortlich war, war ausgesprochen freundlich und fähig. Rezeption war gut vorbereitet auf große Zahl ankommender Gäste.

Frühstück katastrophal, meterlange Schlange durch den Korridor, wodurch wir vor Abreise aufs Frühstück verzichten mussten, obwohl es eigentlich inkludiert war. Hier muss man deutlich besser vorbereitet sein auf die Zahl der Gäste. Das ist völlig inakzeptabel! Transferbusse sind ein netter Bonus, aber wenn da kein Personal eingeteilt ist, um zumindest mal einen Blick darauf zu werfen, wie sich Gäste in den Bussen platzieren und wir einem halbvollen Bus bei der Abfahrt zusehen, weil sich Leute ganze Sitzreihen reservieren für die 10minütige Fahrt zum Flughafen, ist das nicht hinnehmbar.
