"Idéal pour un début ou fin de séjour"

Superbe chambre, spacieuse, propre et bien entretenue. Étant un établissement d'une certaine taille, je craignais d'entendre beaucoup de bruits de passage durant mon séjour, il n'en est rien, les couloirs étaient très silencieux. Beaucoup de commodités, dont le konbini et les restaurants. La navette entre la gare de Narita, l'aéroport et l'hôtel est très pratique (elle circule dans les deux sens). Le personnel était très gentil, serviable et sympathique, autant à l'accueil qu'au restaurant, ou simplement en le croisant dans les couloirs du rez-de-chaussée. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Excelente para una noche ya que al dia siguiente volábamos, las habitaciones muy pequeñas, pero por una noche está ok. El restaurante muy bien con variedad en la comida.

Nada es un hotel para estancias de 1 noche y ya.

"Relaxing at Niķko Narita pre flight"

The Hotel shuttle bus to/from the airport was very convenient, very well organized, with a lot of staff to assist with check in and check out. The staff were extremely freindly and helpful. When we made an on-line enquiry on where and when to meet the shuttle, we received a prompt informative response with a lot of details.. The room was spacious , and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and beverages.

The air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, probably because the filter on the intake in the closet needed replacing and was restricting airflow.
