Misleading advertising, this was a loft NOT a penthouse. Staff was not cooperative when asked for a potential upgrade (to the actual penthouse) and instead chose to ignore our messages, proceeded to call from a no caller ID several times before messaging back saying we booked the penthouse but just didn’t get it. Then stopped all contact after we filed a complaint with booking

Apartment located in minutes a walk of everything shops cafe and restaurant

On first floor is cafe it’s beet noisy at night time

It would be better if more blankets provided. My 2 children had to share 1 blanket.

Great location and it was pretty clean

1. There was a Arabic lounge bar just under our story in the same building that plays high volume Arabic disco musics until 3-4 am everyday! No way to be able to sleep! A big bodyguard guy at the entrance door that creates some anxiety and few people trying to go inside that can not convince the security bodyguard which is not very convenient for a family at every entering!This property is not suitable for renting out . Any where over a disco club should not be RENTED or licensed! 2. The place marketed and sold with different photos and or different property that MTL owns. It was not the same one when we first saw , are convinced and paid for it. This is not the correct way to market your products! It is misleading! 3. The washing machine was not working properly and was spinning around itself! 4. The fan in the bedroom was not always working!

Loved the layout of the apartment, it easily fit a family of four. Downtown location was great too! The apartment has everything you need! Just bring yourselves and food.

There is a club downstairs that occupies level 2 and down, the hours are from 10-3 ( but the music went until 4;30) So at night it was very loud, especially hard to put yourself to sleep or children to sleep. There are a lot of stairs ( while we didn’t mind) it could be a problem for families or people with disabilities and with a lot of luggage. The smell from the club of cigarette, shisha was too much. It was coming up to the apartment.

Very convenient location in the downtown. Clean, spacious and cozy apartment. Public parking just in a few steps.

The lounge on the first floor sound could be heard through the room late at night.
