The apartment had good location for the purposes of our trip since we're looking for something close to Crescent Street

Two things were very disappointing that ruined our experience: 1. The bed got broken while we were sleeping 2. A Shisha Lounge was located on the floor below the apartment and every night played thunderous music until 2 am, so it wasn't easy to get a good sleep I sent a message to the property management asking to have the bed fixed and complaining about the noisy place, but I never heard anything from them despite following up with another message. I got an automated message asking to rate them with five starts 😠 I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never stay in another property from this chain. I never was warned or informed that this apartment would have a place on the floor below that would play loud music till very late. The money pay for this stay dis not worth at all.

TV doesn’t have any channels. Only streaming service if you have your own log on credentials

Small but comfy apartment. Very clean. well equipped kitchen (incl. salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters for the coffee maker). AC very much appreciated for the hot summer days. Very central location near St Catherine street.

Better without car or you need to be willing to spend some money for parking! (at least there is a parking garage just next to the building for 25 CAD max for 24h)

loud nightclub downstairs - booming music starting at 7 pm and continuing on through early morning. Futon bed (not mattress) and Ikea-quality furniture, not comfortable

two nights out of the three days of my stay, garbage trucks were banging their tanks and beeping loudly. There is a bar on the first floor, and noise was coming from there in the middle of the night. The view from the room is of garbage. The smell in the room is specific. The entrance is dirty, there are a lot of cigarette butts.

I recently stayed at this property and was extremely disappointed. The noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. What made it worse was that the listing failed to mention the nightclub situated directly below the rooms. The constant thumping of music and the commotion from patrons went on until the early hours, disrupting any chance of rest. If you're looking for a peaceful stay, I highly recommend finding another place. This experience was far from relaxing, and the lack of transparency about the nightclub was unacceptable.

The location was great. The accommodation was clean and basic were available.

They are liars and scammers - They listed their 2 bedroom apartment has air conditioning in the room. When getting there was no such thing and it was 28-30 C in Montreal that weekend. They were not responding and/or called said it was never there despite it being mentioned in the listing and rudely hung up saying call booking.com and have them resolve it and good luck with that, knowing well that Booking.com needs them to respond. They did not respond to booking and when they were called at, they told them to email and never responded. They are scammers to the highest degree. Also there are crazy number of stairs. Not a flight - there about 40-50 stairs to get to the accommodation. so something to be aware of
