The staffs were exceptionally kind and helpful. I could truly feel Japanese omotenashi from the staffs. The facilities are pretty old but they are very well maintained. The cleaning service was perfect! This is one of the top classic hotel chains in Japan and this hotel really served up to its name! Very satisfied!

Sincerely one of the most comfortable hotels on this trip. Everything in the room made sense, people working here were very competent, it was just a really good hotel, and would come back here again.

"雖然不像新飯店時尚新穎，但是位置優越、空間寬敞，不愧是老牌五星級飯店。"

老牌五星級飯店，無論是大廳、房間都十分寬敞舒適，鄰近中洲川端站（6號出口），而且大廳就有手扶梯，可通往地下室地鐵通道，免去天候因素還要淋雨或曬太陽到捷運站的困擾。房間內備品十分多樣，床上還有迎賓紙鶴，非常有日式風格。入住時會有服務人員，協助運送行李，退房後因為距離班機時間還有一段時間，還可免費寄放行李輕鬆遊玩，十分好的服務。
