Hotel Okura Fukuoka

직원들이 굉장히 친절하고 프로다운 모습을 보였다.

이용했던 카멜리아 직원들의 느껴지는 인종차별이 굉장히 아쉬웠다.

The location was the main saving grace of this hotel—you really couldn’t beat it. However, there were many other hotels in the same area, and given a second chance, I would probably choose to stay elsewhere. We had two reservations for the same stay, and this feedback reflects the second room, which unfortunately did not live up to expectations. The staff, for the most part, were extremely helpful and polite.

The rooms were seriously difficult to consider as fitting for a five-star hotel. They are clearly dated, with loose and sagging furniture, and the carpets were heavily worn and in need of replacement. Considering the price paid, the quality of the room was not an accurate reflection of value. As we were travelling with young children, we noticed that there had been little to no cleaning under the beds, which was quite unpleasant. We had two reservations for the same stay as part of the same family, and this feedback relates to the second room, which unfortunately did not meet expectations.

The staff attitudes and services were excellent. The staff were always ready to render assistant of any kind to guest, very attentive unlike one I visited even thouth it was an international hotel at the Canal City. The room was reasonably large by most hotel standard which was a plus point. The bed was clean, firm and comfortable. The pillow did not have the muggy odour in some hotels where you need to put the tower over it to alleviate the odour. The lifts four units, were usually available whenever you need to use it. Location is convenient to train station amd other amenities.

The gym opens only at 8 am and closes at 10 pm. Hence not suitable for business people who would like to do some exercise before the first meeting in the morning.
