Pan Pacific Vancouver

We thought the room service food was not that good and not enough options. We would have loved to have seen a fruit plate and food that was not so spicy or weird.

Location is very good, next to cruise where we headed to. Room view is very nice also.

The room is very spacious, but mini bar has nothing stocked except for some half and half. No decaf capsule so we had to ask for it. Toilette products also very minimum. We paid over 700 USD per night. Given what was provided, it is way over priced.

近くにレストランやカフェも多く、治安も良い。ジェラートもドーナツも美味しかった。クルーズターミナルと隣接しているので、乗船するのが楽だった！また利用したい。

Location is outstanding

On the expensive side Reception staff can be unpleasant However I was helped with Ameer, Ryan who were very helpful but unfortunately the girls at the desk were either busy or distracted as they were on the rude edge I have to mention one person who have helped me a lot, during my 3 stays at Pan pacific Mr Arvin Dela Rosa

Starting with room was wonderful with a beautiful view, location was just perfect and in the middle of everything

an incident where we handed our laundry, and when returned the 4 pieces were gray instead of white they were expensive and were not worn yet, we raised the issue it was compensated by removing the valet services, we were expecting more than that
