Love the convenience of the ship port, the views from the hotel room and staff were friendly.

I didn't like the lack of information on bellhop to carry our luggage from the room to the ship port.

I became unwell and needed an ambulance. Staff were very good in calling the ambulance and waiting with me until paramedics arrived. Executive lounge had a good range of food.

I had to wait 1 and 1/2 hours for my room to be ready on arrival despite previous assurance that the room would be ready. This partly added to my medical issue . Interestingly no one from the hotel contacted me to see if I was OK once I was released from hospital and returned to the hotel
