Es ist sehr sauber und es hat alle Accessories, die man für ein solches Haus erwartet.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das merkt man an einzelnen Elementen wie Türen, Ausstattung und Design. Der versprochene Hafenblick war ok, aber mehr auf den Hotelpool und im untersten Stockwerk. Für den Preis waren da sicherlich die Erwartungen höher.

I liked that I was able to go to the Club floor (23) and wait on my room to be ready. Unfortunately the people in the room next to mine had EXCEPTIONALLY noisy children, and my room and theirs were actually connected (there was a locked door between us). No view from the room, but who needs a few in the room anyway :-)

The lights in the room were exceptionally odd. I couldn't figure out for the life of me how to get most of them to turn on. Housekeeping came VERY late (like 5 pm) which was a little difficult, as I was getting ready to head to dinner. But they were super sweet and we figured it out. Also, it seems like this hotel is used by the cruise lines, there were a TON and I mean a TON of cruise-related folks that were in and out. I didn't run into them all that much, but that was because, for example, I would take my breakfast at the very earliest, etc.

The view was positively stunning Looking out the window was like staring at a postcard The manager, Amir, made sure our stay was all that we wanted it to be Very accommodating and informative Lobby connected to underground foodcourt, Starbucks, Rex all etc. My Mother and I would highly recommend

Great location. Spaciousness of public areas.

The hotel is overpriced, tired - badly in need of a revamp. The club room was ok however the suite was tired and in need of a revamp. The club was small and choice limited. I did not appreciate paying over $1000 Aus dollars for a club room and then being charged additional for any alcoholic drinks.

Perfect for pre cruise stay.

Expensive. A little outdated.
