"A lovely stay in Vancouver."

The location is ideal! Centrally located next to the cruise terminals! Breakfast we had our own area and it was basic. Staff were very nice but slow

It felt disjointed. Not many details are given for their facilities upon check in. There were not many choices as to where to eat in the hotel. It is more designed for conferences.

Location and harbour view were excellent. Communication pre-arrival via text was also very good. The bar was nice and had good views and a good atmosphere with live music.

The room was dated, needed modernisation - there were no electric outputs sockets or USB connection next to either side of the bed - indeed there were no USB connections anywhere in the room that we could find so we had trouble charging our phones and had to use an adaptor on the far side of the room. Apart from the main lights, no other lights in the room worked and none would switch on.

The room overall especially the outstanding view. Couple of maintenance requests were resolved quickly and satisfactorily!!! amazing response. Staff (bellman) went out of his way to point us in the right direction even running after us to redirect.

Expected it to be pricey but for a glass of wine and rum and coke to top out at app 50$ was high. With convention and cruise traffic congestion on elevators especially was testing but minor.

"It's convenient when disembarking from a cruise and has easy access to attractions and airport."

They upgraded our room with Harbor view for $50 more dollars. It was nice. They also checked us in very early after we disembarked the cruise ship. The proximity was awesome. Just a few steps away.
