Lo bueno: El gerente (o encargado) fue muy amable y servicial. Además, las sábanas tenían un fuerte olor a cloro, lo cual, aunque fuerte, me dio la tranquilidad de que la ropa de cama estaba limpia, que es lo que más cuenta al final.

Una experiencia decepcionante, especialmente considerando que está en un lugar privilegiado de Fayetteville. Hemos estado en hoteles de menor categoría que están en mucho mejores condiciones que este. Lo malo: Es evidente que el dueño busca economizar hasta el último centavo a costa de la experiencia del huésped. Las toallas estaban deshilachadas y rotas; tuvimos que ir a pedir el control remoto de la TV porque no estaba en la habitación, y lo más preocupante es el estado de las escaleras externas, que están peligrosamente con moho y parecen estar a punto de perder el piso. Con el flujo constante de huéspedes que tiene esta zona, no hay justificación para semejante falta de mantenimiento y descuido en los detalles básicos.
