"Bed was comfortable"

Location to what I needed was fine..

The floors were filthy!! I spilled something (water) when I got into the room… I used a wash cloth… it was brown!! The floors were not mopped!! Filthy! My dogs found 2 cigarette butts behind the bed in the room (they lost a dog toy so they went searching)… the accommodations were fine but clearly the rooms need a good scrubbing! I bought flip flops to wear while in the room!!

"It was great but it would have been wonderful if we had waffles"

The breakfast would have been great if you guys wouldn't have been so cheap as to take away the waffles that we make ourselves you know me and my family and friends have enjoyed those things for many many years you guys suck for that one other than that it was okay

"The hotel refused to provide me with an invoice."

The hotel refused to provide an invoice, which cancels out any positive side of my stay.

Despite multiple reminders from me and booking.com, by phone and email, the hotel refused to provide me with an invoice. They lied, claiming that it was booking.com's responsibility to provide it, which is false according to booking.com's terms and conditions and the law. They stopped responding to me and booking.com.

"NEVER STAYING THERE AGAIN!!"

NOTHING!

RUDE WORKINGS ACCUSED US OF STEALING PILLOWS OUT THE ROOM WHEN THERE WAS ONLY 6 IN THE ROOM!! AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS HOTEL TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT REFUND US OUR DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT SHOW PROOF WE TOOK THOSE PILLOWS THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY! SHEETS HAD STAINS! THE WHOLE STAY WAS TERRIBLE
