"Refund, don’t stay there, weedsmell, unclean"

I only stayed one night, checked out at 8am sharp! There were roaches in the bathroom everywhere and in the “living room” area of the room crawling on the ceiling. The hotel lobby receptionist at night seemed a little confused. The smell of marijuana was so strong all throughout the hotel, including the 3rd floor. The day receptionist was very nice, she said to call hotels.com for a refund, I have messaged them and haven’t heard back yet. She was very apologetic and said they would give me a refund for my stay. However, I am still waiting for hotels.com to get back to me.

Didn’t stay. Couldn’t even walk in the room. Room smelled like mildew and there was flys all over the room.
