"Amazing stay"

Amazing hospitality, definitely exceeded my expectations. I had a Jacuzzi room. Room 300 to be exact. Porsha at the front desk was truly amazing. Free breakfast from 6AM-10AM made by Deandra. Fantastic team. I highly recommended them to anyone traveling around North Dallas area.

"Semen on couches, hookers in the lobby."

The poor guy working the desk was very nice considering what he’s putting up with at work.

I could have done without the semen stains all over the couch in the room. There were literal hookers with their dates in the lobby. This is not a hotel. It’s a prostitution hub.

A lot of trash laying in the halls entering from the outside the buildings as well. Parking lot was dirty the scent of marijuana throughout the entire building even in the room air condition not working properly could not keep it on more than two minutes on and off on and off no matter what. No decent breakfast.

Rooms smelled like smoke . Not extra pillows given nor blankets . Elevators getting stuck and making a lot of weird noise . Need maintenance
