Staff. Warm and welcoming.

It wasn’t enough to warrant a phone call to the desk in our case but our tv power cord was missing. The refrigerator was unplugged. I plugged it in but I don’t think it was cooling. Ice machine was nearby so also not a big deal for us.

Needed a dog friendly road-trip over-night stop. Traveled w 2 adults 1 kid a d a dog in a king room suite. Size was good for us. The room needed a desperate refresh. Sofa upholstery had visible stains (I covered it w a sheet to sit on it), toilet seat looked to be melted in certain spots, towels were worn down where yiu could see individual fibers keeping the towel from a hole. Didn’t bother with the shower. Overall it served its purpose for an inexpensive overnight stay. They do offer breakfast and the pet fee of $30 is bery reasonable.

Close to highway 65, able to avoid most of Nashville traffic, which is really bad. Husband walks with a cane, so hotel was accessible. However, could use more handicapped parking spaces.

It was all good.

Everyone was so friendly and it was clean. Also it was very close to shopping, food, and sights

Check out was at 11 but the house keeper was knocking on the door at 8:45 then again at 9:30. She was very nice but I had a long trip and wanted to sleep.

The desk clerk's body language said everything. He was leaning on the desk and wearing leisure outfit. In itself this didn't bother me. He was polite & efficient. It did display the overall theme of the hotel. You just have to TRY & this location doesn't try. The 1st thing we noticed was the pool was a room with a concrete floor. There is not a pool. We approached our room off the elevator and our room door was propped open prior to checkin. I confirmed our room with the desk. Then, we didn't have towels. A hand towel & wash cloth laid on the sink (clean? Dirty?) and a bath mat on the tub. No shampoo. The room was adequate but outdated and needs a deep clean. The sheets were clean thank goodness & appeared surfaces and bathroom were cleaned. The doors, furniture and walls are almost grey/black with accumulated filth. Fixtures are very old. "Hot" Breakfast was qualified by a partial pan of scrambled eggs & waffle makers. There were 4 yogurt cups in a fridge, 3 pieces of bread, half dozen bite sized muffins & 2 kinds of plain cereal. Hardly what I consider a "Hot breakfast." The biggest scam is the warning to return room key to "avoid a $15 charge." (Picture) I have NEVER encountered this & the cards do not cost $15. Seriously?! The single positive was that staff was friendly. Originally I thought the price was decent. Nope. It fits the scope. Lazy operation. Very easy steps would improve this property & stay. They just don't want to.make it better.

Old, not very clean, television was antiquated, the door to the rooms were steel painted gray, kind of like a jail, they put us in a room with the people above us kept us up most of the night, and next to the mechanical room - opening and closing doors most of the night. The worst comfort inn we have ever stayed at.

Price was what made us choose this place. We were coming home from Florida and just needed a place to sleep. We were traveling with a small dog so I requested a first floor room weeks before our arrival. Our room was on the THIRD floor. The tub had a large rust ring around the drain. Beds were comfortable and halls were quiet. Breakfast was below average. Would stay again if just for a place to sleep.
