Comfort Inn Franklin Highway 96

Good location to the venues that I was attending.

My whirlpool tub was filthy. The side panels on two sides were propped against the tub. I had to walk past three rooms that the doors were partially opened and recked of sewage. The curtains were filthy. The box spring was visible and filthy. The granite countertop stayed wet from a water leak. The handle to the door to the toliet and shower had a crack in the handle and pinched your hand. The tub in the shower was rusty. I was told there was no room service for a two day stay and do not ask the room service personnel anything because they did not speak English. The desk clerk was rude and appeared to be in the same clothes from check in to check out. There was no clock or phone in the room. The desk clerk said he had more pressing things to worry about than my water leak. I had to go to the desk to ask for a towel and toliet paper. An Rv was allowed to take up over 5 parking spots on the front so I had to drive around the lot twice and finally parked in the back and walk through the rain and arrived soaking wet to my room. The towels were thin and this was the worst Choice Hotel I have ever stayed in. Sadly, even having endured this stay, I earned no Choice Points for my horrible 2 day stay!

Wanted to charge $50 more than Expedia rate at check in. Staff was curt and arrogant. The room’s carpet is badly frayed, the common spaces are dirty and the shower never got warm. There are other hotels to choose, not this one.

Total pig pen! Dirty and stinky way over priced! Never again!

Staff was very personable. Clean Rooms. Wonderful location for the price. And the Breakfast was. Decent options. Would stay again!!

No towels in our rooms. No sheets, blankets, or pillow for the sleeper sofas. Didn't even request King rooms but was glad there was a pullout. I think the guy at the desk was named Ron and after a really horrible day dealing with the Choice hotels franchise, he was a breath of fresh air. Wish I could remember his name but I think it was Ron. Arrived around 10pm 3/28 and I just really want to recognize him because he's the only decent person within the Choice Franchise that I have dealt with today. There staff here far surpasses in customer service than my booking that was cancelled. Ron was great, other than that, I'll never stay at a choice hotel again. Ever!

This property is ok but could use some updates. The mattress for our king bed was awful.
