Comfort Inn Franklin Highway 96

Toilet seat was broke and kept sliding off. The shower head had water spraying all over the place so the pressure wasn’t good taking forever to rinse my hair. The blinds were also broke.

It was nice and quite. Out of the way from the busy town

Location

The mattress was old and extremely uncomfortable. There was no hairdryer in the room, and when one was requested was told that there were none available. The flooring of the second floor room that I was in is weak and faulty. It creaked and felt spongy in that area. There was a language barrier with the staff; it was difficult to make myself understood.

I used the hair shampoo and my hair fell out not kool at all I will be investigating this!

The food is terrible

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. The room had ants. There was black on the wall next ro the shower.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovations. As soon as we entered our room, we were hit with an overwhelming odor, a moldy bathroom, and visible stains on both beds. We requested something to help with the smell and were handed a bottle of wood cleaner — not exactly ideal for freshening a room. We asked to switch rooms, and while the second room smelled slightly better, it also had stained bedding. Both rooms were dark, outdated, and felt unclean. We ultimately decided to check out early. Definitely would not recommend until significant improvements are made.
