Just fair. Dirty. Run Down. Diisappointing

It was good.

Toilet seat very loose.

Hot tub was nice. Could’ve been a little cleaner, breakfast was good. Still have a hold on my card 3 weeks later

Hallways and room were very smelly. Kind of like sewage? Loud. Very loud doors opening and slamming. People yelling in the halls. Ended up just leaving and finding a new place.

The staff, the night employee ( overweight with glasses and tall white male) was incredibly rude to us and you could tell he was power hungry yet hated his job. He was rude every time we spoke, if we had a question he would sigh and honestly made us uncomfortable to even leave our room to go to the vending machines or even wash out clothes. I asked him when the pool was opening because online it shows y'all have one and his response was "umm NEVER" AND WALKED SWAY FROM US. THATS NOT APPROPRIATE OR QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No tv remote in the room, had to ask for it. Couldn’t figure out how the curtains closed. Was not very clean. Ice machine broken, no sign to say that. AC unit was very loud. Housekeeping came by at 930a & continually knocked, even tho check out is at 11. Room smelt like cigarettes when I walked in.

We arrived to find the indoor pool that was advertised is filled in with concrete. Then the ice maker was broken. We had a jacuzzi room but only had 2 towels. When I asked for more towels the man at the desk seemed very irritated that I would need more than 2. Finally the A.C. in the room leaked water onto the carpet. And not just a little. By the time I got up the next morning we had a moat around the bed. Standing water. That explains the off smell the room had. Overall we were very disappointed. We routinely stay with Choice hotels and this was by far our worst experience ever. Avoid this place as there are many more options nearby.
