Excellente service

We stayed at the hotel as it was close to the FirstBank amphitheatre. The hotel needs upgrade with TV channel selection. There was no fruit for breakfast and they ran out of sausage. The staff was friendly and professional. Would be nice if the cigarette smoking area wasn't at the front door.

Desk clerk/ maintenance man was very personable.

Facility was in need of remodeling. Breakfast offerings were more limited than most hotels we've stayed at.

It was clean. Comfortable bed and close to different stores. Also, friendly staff.

It was convenient to the interstate. Handy breakfast.

No pool. Building is run down. Bathroom shower wasn’t functioning properly. Desk clerk said they have had problems and maintenance was aware of. No internet without providing credit card information.

They charged me $42 in incidentals and said I used hair dye on the towels. I did not use hair dyes on the towels my husband‘s milkshakes built and we tried to clean it up because we saw ants in the room. So all of it should’ve washed out of their cheap five dollar towels. The duvet cover is trash. The whole room stinks of stale air. The staff is rude. This will be the last time I ever say a choice hotel. I will be using Airbnb and home away from now on.

My room was a dump and the desk was surly and patronizing old duff who wanted elsewhere Could not draw curtains facing parking lot, sshower handle fell off in my hands, feeling all about was a dump waiting to be razed. Even put a note on my door that I found upon leaving saying my $89 payment was not going to include CHOICE POIONYTS because it was such a cheap price.! Night before I stayed in same area at a different "choice" for $79 and got a good room with 650 points. This place doesn't give a damn, and it shows.

Great location. Quiet and clean. Definitely an older hotel but it was a nice stay.
