Travelodge by Wyndham Hope

Old hotel, carpets look dirty, sheets on the bed and pillows OK but the bed covers and decorations are staind and that gives you a feeling that every thing is dirty. Poor and noisy A/C. The lady who received us at 9:00 pm was very gross and almost did not received us because we arrived at 9:00 pm. In the hospitality businesses one expects to be able to check in when you arrive not when the property decides. Definitely a very poor to bad experience, Now I know to never go back to a Travelodge

The room was really super old and smelled bad slept with the windows open . I expected better from travelodge Wyndham

The location was great and the facilities were also good at this price

The old lady( night manager) at the reception was very rude and not welcoming/ friendly. The AC was not cooling very well.

Nice room with Kitchen in it. It was good enough for what it costed. Very nice location.

Travelodge is Okay given that Hope does not much choice Better to bypass Hope and stay elsewhere

The house keeping staff seemed to be friendly

We did not realize you had to check in by 9 pm, when we called from the Victoria ferry to say we would be arriving late (due to the ferry running late) all she would say was: the office closes at nine, if you are late your reservation is cancelled. That is when we learned of the 9 pm deadline. We booked two beds, but there was only one coffee pod, and nobody in the office from 9 pm to 930 am. Continental breakfast was advertised, but the sign said “limited continental breakfast, packaged food only. The non smoking hotel reared of smoke upon check in. Heat didn’t work. Could not get a check out receipt even though they took a credit card at check in.

Would not go there again

I didn't like anything, I found on checking in the hotel my reception was very cold
