The location and the ambience of old building

The facility was poor, some wing the hot water in broke, some room are no hair dryer. We book 3 night , no room make, no drinking water refill if don’t ask from the staff. When some customer have problem, they will offer a new room with out check the facility. Staff Solving problems as they arise without any planning, to be honestly they are non-professional hotel people.

Excellent service from friendly, helpful staff. Old world charm in dining room. Historic building with great ambience.

The bathroom had a musty smell and the mattress was not very comfortable.

Charming hotel in a historical building. Friendly and professional staff. Good location near everything (tourist sites, temples, restaurants and cafes).
