Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio at I-10

Dirty sheets with holes, old stained towels, will not give replacement sheets or towels, no shampoo, no breakfast, dirty carpet, broken door...

It was conveniently located near the reason for my trip. I booked two rooms and in one room, the tv didnt work well and the toilet was leaking all over the floor. In the other room, there was no remote and the fridge was leaking onto the carpet. We came back to the room late and there were several people hanging around outside just staring at us. It was really uncomfortable. The soda machine was not working either.

When I first entered the room it was hot, and the unit was off. The curtains were not able to shut properly because the curtain rods were not connected to the wall entirely. There was a hole in the wall, and someone took the batteries out of the remote. The bathroom had odd spots on it. I did not use the bath at all. I did not feel comfortable in that space, and checked out early the next day. I was scheduled for two nights.

Maintenence is Def needed. Management needs to check rooms after they are cleaned. No accountability for rooms not being cleaned or needing maintenance. Ended up having to go to another hotel due not good

This place sux do not go there. The room I almost stayed in looked like it might have been used for prostitution services. The TV had no remote, the air conditioner was lousy and seemed like it was about to fall out the window every time it shut off. I tried canceling the room upon arrival but the motel wouldn't allow the Hampton rewards agent to cancel and refund my points.

Not happy with staff at check in and reservations booking us a smoking room. Will never book again at this hotel. Terrible. Hotel employees did not accommodate to make the reservation right. Bad service.

First off I was charged $1.00 for the safe in the room, then my price of $78 turns into $90 when checking out. WTF just happened, the manager says sorry dont know why that happened, but never heres your $13 back. Now the room was awfully dirty, hair on the toilet and in the shower. The counter top and tables were dirty. I know because I take lysol with me everywhere I stay or use the bathroom. I clean everything with it before I remove my mask, I even spray ozium till I'm choking. I may be OCD, but not gonna catch me slipping with filth.

Rooms are old smelled moldy. Carpets are extremely dirty need to be steamed cleaned. Sheets where dirty clerk did not want to replace them. Towel rack being held up with q-tips and tape. Roaches!! Curtains are dirty a/c old not working correctly.

They had no towels or soap in our room for the first two nights. I had to go to the front desk to get them myself. They locked us out of our room the second and third night and I had to go to the front desk to get them to reset the key. Housekeeping only came in one time. Drug deals were going on in the parking lot after dark as well.

Blood on the blanket, mold above shower, tape on toilet, brown on iron and iron board.cost to much no breakfast, people talking outside room all night. People leaving beer bottles on the window.It was not good the bed was hard and because there was blood on the blanket I only had a sheet .I was freezing all night
