Super 8 by Wyndham San Antonio at I-10

My room was slightly outdated, but overall was nice and clean with a nice fragrance. AC got really cold which was a huge relief from the 105 degree heat. Shower was very clean with plenty of hot water. Overall for the lower price, the room which came with a microwave & mini refrigerator. Wifi worked great and mattress was very comfortable. Everything more than accommodated my needs. Front Desk, Entry way and Breakfast area were exceptionally nice and very clean creating a warm welcome environment. Owner Nick and his wife were very nice people.

Horrible

Last minute overnight stay to beat the heat. The pool was clean and not crowded. The air conditioning worked wonderfully (ours broke that morning at home which is why we needed to cool down). I booked online and found everything we desired at a reasonable price. Check in was easy and the young lady who checked us in casually told me that the room we picked was not available so she upgraded us to a suite. The service at this Super 8 is above average. No problems only solutions with a caring attitude. This was my second visit and I will be going back again and again. It is not new and shiny but clean and comfortable is all I need. When i factor in a fair price and good service, I am a happy bargain hunter:)

There was nothing good are nice about that place. They lie about breakfast. There was no one there that was friendly at all. The ice machine wasn’t working. The washer and dry didn’t even work. Sad to say that the pool was very very dirty and green was in the water. In my room where I was horribly staying in, the bed was not clean right the roll away bed had nasty spots in the pillows. The icebox and the microwave was dirty and didn’t work, the telephone was broken etc. That was the horrible stay at any motel are hotel that I had ever been too.

Room was in need of Repairs. Non Smoking room smelled like an ash tray. People slamming doors and talking loud outside our Door at 2am.

You have false advertisement , offer free breakfast which doesn't exist, has a microwave tgat doesn't work no soap, air dryier doesn't work,

You get what you pay for. It might be inexpensive but not kept up well. The beds are too hard but the pillows seemed old. There were a few roaches and a sink leak in the bathroom. Not in a great neighborhood.

Wouldn’t go again
