The outside does not look neat as the ad photos look. The parking lot is small, rutted. The inside wasn’t well lit-swimming pool area wasn’t good-there were only 2 cars I assume for the 2people at the desk. When I told the manager(?)I wouldn’t stay-I was cancelling-she asked why-I said the place didn’t look clean -she said “we clean”. When I said it didn’t matter what she thought it was my decision, she said-and this is a quote-“ I don’t give a rat’s as…what you think”. I asked for a receipt of cancellation-she said “you want a receipt?” After I re-read the reviews in the hotel site-which is different than your Booking.com site-saw all the bad reviews. This hotel should NOT-be lusted at all. Send a rep to see if you don’t believe me or the reviews.

The only thing was the outstanding staff. Helpful and kind bed was comfortable and clean room.

The doors were over cracked you could see through the door and the frame. cockroaches were in room freaking out our child and us hoping we didn't get any. Pool was ice cold and had loose caulking sticking up upon going down about an inch and a half. could not swim and that was the main reason why we went there. The breakfast was only a snack nothing a diabetic could eat. The back exit door had no lock and was not latch able. felt insecure. If we weren't so old and didn't have health issues to make it easy for us to just leave we would have. Never had so many issues with a motel.

Made the reservation and then checked in. The access door in the back of the building is not locked. The room was pretty rundown. Woke up early this morning and saw two roaches crawling on top of the table. There was nobody at the front desk when I left. I would greatly appreciate a refund or credit of some sort. I have added this place to my no visit ever again list!

We were triple charged for the stay.

No i didn't feel safe there, room was disgusting, seman stains on the bed dust covers , multiple spots shower was too nasty to think about a shower ,the desk staff was very rude because i interrupted his smoke break ,

the room was super as far as comfort and cleanliness. no issues. lots of working personnel staying. short on management personnel as 1 manager was all I saw and he was swamped trying to wash the previous nights linens and towesl (he said) which was his answer to why there was no Hot water for a shower from 4:00pm-about 9:30pm. so I had a Luke warm shower. that's unacceptable.

Wanted to stay in Franklin

No hot water…. Front desk said “too many people” using but being a hotel- that should be accounted for! Will NEVER stay at this Franklin location again
