Quality Inn Franklin I-65

The breakfast was horrible. No selections. Only waffles and cereal. Apple juice tasted old.

The air conditioner would not keep the room cold. Had it set to 67degrees. Felt like 75 degrees

I have stayed for two nights without wifi ..The staff told me that they cant do anything,,

The Hotel smells old since you enter. The front desk people were not friendly, looked angry. The bedroom had strong smell of cigar, we informed the employee in front desk, and he just sprayed something, and said it was not smelling. The pool was not working. I will never return to this hotel. it looked nice in the website.

Upon check-in, the lady was nice and did answer my questions. The process did take longer than normal. Get into the room and the following things were not up to par: light beside the bed didn't work, the desk was dirty with previous occupants food/goop, the cabinet the TV sits on was worse with gross things all over the top and the lotion in the restroom was empty. The dish for holding soap by the sink was covered in soap, definitely not cleaned from before. No water pressure and the water in the shower never got warm. The bed was hard but clean. There were things (fabric) coming out from under the chair. This was a place to stay in a pinch but I won't be back. I have stayed at many Quality Inns and I have never had a complaint/concerned like this one. I travel all summer long and now I will.be very careful to really look at reviews before making my choice.

The motel was easy to locate and has several gas stations close by and a Waffle House within walking distance.

When we first got to the room, the lampshade on one of the lamps was hanging. We turned it in and never saw a replacement. The toilet needed to be cleaned and we called the front desk to ask them to freshen the room. The only thing done was the trash was emptied. The next day, however, they did clean the room. The shower head was not a good one. It looked adjustable but only went from bad to worse. Water temp was good.
