Quality Inn Franklin I-65

The outside of the inn was dirty and there was no place to park near the front. The hall carpets were sticky. The room was clean, but there were stains on the duvet/bedspread. There was no hair water neither in the evening, nor in the morning. When I told the manager on duty this, he said it was because they were running the washers and other guests were showering.

No hot water changed rooms again no hot water

It was clean enough but not great

Very average, no bugs was good, breakfast was not great

Clean rooms, pleasant front desk staff

No elevator for access to the second floor

The room was stinky, the pillow was stinky. There was not much options for breakfast.

Great service, clean and comfy room, breakfast had hot, dry, refrigerated options, no surprise deposit and pool was open and clean

Hotel was not clean. Doors in the back did not lock so poor security. Front desk is almost never manned, you have to summon the personnel. Breakfast was meh.
