Quality Inn Franklin I-65

The young man who checked me in was exceptionally kind and thoughtful, very observant and assisted where he saw needed without hesitation or being asked to do so. Wonderful attitude on his part.

The location to my event was great. Right off the interstate. Easy access to restaurants within walking distance (I still drove). A microwave was in the room.

There was no hot water. Never anyone at the front lobby desk. There was a bell to ring. We waited for 45 minutes to ask about the hot water. Then we gave up. The room was dirty. The carpet had visible stains. The desk had large sticky areas.

It was conveniently located but had no hot water!

We had two rooms for a return family trip. The first room we had the tub had hair and dirt in it. We got a different room. My sisters room had no hot water. Several other rooms was the same issue. She had the water running 15 minutes and no hot water. We ended up checking out and going to a different hotel.

Bedroom was good for one person but one way traffic for two people.

There was no hot water - shower or sink. Sink drain was clogged. Had to wait for it to drain before able to continue getting ready. Air onditioner was so loud we couldnt sleep well. The outside door wasnt locked - thought it was a secured building. Washing machine out of order. Dangerous hole in the floor at laundry room.

Staff was great. The kids loved the pool and it was very close to the community schools

There wasn’t any hot water. It got warm at best.
