The room was damp and musty. I couldn't sleep because of the dampness and misty feel it was overwhelming

The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked, but the room smelled like mildew and no matter what time of day or evening we tried to take a shower, there was no hot water available.

The check in process went great. The hotel agent was fast and efficient. The room was clean, however there was a mold/mildew smell. Overall, our stay was good for the price we paid on a busy weekend.

Going to room smell. Then getting ready take shower. Bath tub was dirty . . Then went take my shower. The shower head wasn't great. Need be replaced. Then . Hot water wast working.

The hotel was fine, however it wasnt great. We had zero water pressure or hot water in the shower, our bed frame was broken, and we found a bra and some sort of bottle that was there from the last customer. They were in the corner, behind the chair, but i would expect for staff to be checking things like this. The fridge didnt work, either.

Water for shower was barely warm. Chair in room was dirty. Outside was not well kept or clean. Bed was comfy though.

I was happy with the bed, it was very comfortable. And the front desk employee, Jass, was very helpful. I was not happy that we did not have hot water for our showers. It was only luke warm.

The hot water cabin been fixed. It was kind of cold at all times and I could use the better breakfast.
