The location is great, the room was very nice, and willingness to accommodate our request for a 1st floor room was great also! The bed was so comfortable !!! The water pressure and temperature was great also! The little things like water pressure and water temp is important me, and this place was spot on!

Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, when I got to work everyone said I smelled like cigarettes. How is a non-smoking room smell so bad?

This is my second time staying at the property. When I travel going through Southaven, it’s a 7 hour drive. I look forward to resting here. The front desk checks on you before arriving, during, and after to make sure you’re ok or need anything, through text message on your phone. No need to call the front desk. I chose this hotel because of the pricing and comfort. Thank you for offering great pricing and a nice place to stay for traveling exhausted customers. 5 ⭐️

In route stay over on return to Louisiana home.

I booked a room at Quality Inn Southaven at 6:34 p.m. on July 30 due to a power outage. My power was restored unexpectedly, and I canceled at 7:31 p.m.—within an hour. I called the hotel directly, spoke to a staff member (Puvi or Pruvi), and was told I had to cancel through Expedia, which I did immediately. Despite canceling in good faith and never using the room, the hotel refused the refund. Worse, the front desk staff was evasive, refused to give his name at first, and then asked for my name so he could “report me” — even though he already had my info and I was respectful the entire time. I’ve filed formal complaints with both Choice Hotels and Expedia. This experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location based on how poorly I was treated while trying to handle a simple cancellation properly and politely.
