Quality Inn Southaven - Memphis South

Upon arrival we opened the door and the dirt smell hit me in thw face. The carpet was filthy. They need to remodel or at least clean the carpet. The smell was just horrible. Would not recommend.

Quick checkin and lobby was clean.

The room was ok. It was a large room so the extra space was great. The light above the mirror was terrible! You couldn't see anything. It was right down the street from a great little Mom & Pop diner! Their food was really good.

Staff And Pool. Breakfast Was Okay Was Looking For Eggs Or Sausage Links

The Iron didn't work, the remote didn't work had to continue to get up and turn the TV , and the sink in the bathroom was stopping up .

I love this hotel…. It’s always clean and comfortable…..even the smoking rooms are nice clean and comfortable

The room is immaculate. Everything works flawlessly. The tub and shower are the best I've experienced in a hotel in years, with easy-to-use controls. The bed is very comfortable. It looks like the hotel has been recently renovated. The breakfast consists of a good selection of prepackaged baked goods, plus such things as yogurt, hardboiled eggs, and make-your-own waffles. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine except for the weed smell and people smoking in the pool area, shouting and inviting friends that were not staying at the hotel. There were 8 of them in the pool playing Marco Polo and with a ball. The two of us had to leave. Impossible to be there.
