The Grand Inn Peoria

Perfect location.

This is not a hotel, so confused as to how they are allowed to be on Hotels.com

The stay was great! The hotel is under renovations and cant wait to come back when its done. My room was clean and spacious. Very qiet and pleasant place tp stay

Overall, clean and quiet for quick rest. If the rate is for just clean and quiet over a night sleep, it is a over priced. Breakfast was one of the catchy item at the booking but, it is a mere bait for booking - zero fresh fruit and feels like all items were not made from the real food but fabricated and imported from China. Shockingly still using styrofoam cups for hot coffee.

They were remodeling and place was clean, old property. Our door didn’t lock and breakfast was horrible

The outside looks shady but the inside is like Ritz-Carlton

The hotel is being renovated, a lot of work going on. The renovation is good. Breakfast selection is minimal and staff was great.

1st night OK, 2nd night had a dog barking two doors down from 10pm to 5am. We called the front desk and were told that there had been "multiple calls for the same room but because no one answered they couldn't do anything". We didn't sleep well at all. I also asked them to call the police but they refused saying there was "nothing he could do".

1st night OK but 2nd night of stay had a dog barking two doors down from 8pm to 5am. I called the front desk about 11 and asked them to respond and was told "yeah, we've had alot of calls for them" and that "there's nothing we can do we already came out once and no one answered". They did offer to re-room my family and I but at 11pm that was not a great option. I advised they could call the police for an abandoned dog or noisy violation but the front desk worked refused and said re-rooming us was the only option and noise was not something they could do anything about at this hotel. I do not recommend staying here as they do not enforce their policies including, as it says in my rental terms 'all dogs must be attended to by the guest at all times'.
