The Grand Inn Peoria

The hotel is in an industrial area where a train goes by and honks its horn through the day and night. The surrounding area is not nice and the hotel is under remodel and looks to be average at best from the outside. They are a pet friendly hotel and dogs could be heard barking from other rooms. However, the rooms were nicely fitted and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It's conveniently located. Staff was nice. They were under construction.

It would’ve been much better if I wasn’t charged double what I was quoted. I still have not received a refund. It has been nearly a week since we stayed there. Needless to say, I am not happy with the service

I think the whole place is being renovated and there is a strong smell of paint and chemicals. Maybe this is temporary. It was the lowest priced hotel in the area, their breakfast is good and the stuff is friendly

was not at Wyndham level - should have been told it was being renovated. Not a true continental breakfast. Anyone would drive over and use the pool

Staff was friendly, room was new and clean. Nothing in neighborhood but if you just looking for a clean bed it’s worth the price

It would have been great but….. there was no microwave in the room which is really a bad thing since I brought my husband food from home to snack on, and the TV did not work, it was a brand new TV and you couldn’t connect to it and couldnt cast on it even though it has that option, and internet sucks couldnt even work on my laptop.

They were wonderful! Currently remodeling so some inconveniences but the remodel is beautiful! Friendliest staff ever!

Service at front desk was great. Problem was they advertise restaurant and bar. Both were closed had have been for some time. But it was close to Cardinals stadium.
