The Grand Inn Peoria

Our room was very clean. I believe this hotel is being renovated so there was construction in several places. Management was friendly and courteous.

Room was quiet and clean

This trip was very nice The room has been renovated since my last stay and they have done a great job I heard soon to be a best western. Two thumbs up says Skeeternmax@tictoc

I really didn't appreciate being accused of something I did not do I didn't even have cigarettes I ran out the night before some being accused of smoking and somebody smelling smoke and having a nose like a drug dog that can sniff out one room it came from is truly remarkable

The hotel is being remodeled. First we were put in a room right next to where they were remodeling. They were working into the night, there was plaster dust in the air. The room hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There was dirt in all the corners. We asked to be moved and they graciously moved us to a remodeled room. It was nice, clean and comfy. Not sure why the stuck is in a dirty room next the construction going into the night, changing rooms was slightly annoying but definitely worth it.

I booked A room requesting a ground floor because of my elderly father, and when I got there, the only room left they had was up the stairs. He couldn’t make it up the stairs we couldn’t stay there they’ve not refunded my money and had an attitude about it.

Very run down Halls smelled of smoke Dogs barking all day

Property under major construction. My room was right by hallway from where the contractors were working. Room was dusty and musty smell. Eyelashes were on the mirror. Carpet really needed cleaning. I was only there 2 nights. For the price not worth it. Ice machine at front desk.

I would not stay here with kids. It is being renovated but it’s still very run-down and old. Our room was not clean: -hair in the sink -food in the fridge -trash under the beds The carpet was coming apart in a couple spots. The 2nd night, I had a spider crawl on my bed. The daily breakfast consisted of: -cold cereal -granola bars -instant oatmeal -mini blueberry muffins -homemade spicy bean burritos -dole fruit cup Even though it was less money than other places, I will spend more to avoid this place next time. It serves the purpose of a shower and a bed but that’s about it.

Patio doors did not lock. Bathroom sink water draining was very slow! Shower control was poor. Did not feel secure in room
