The Grand Inn Peoria

This property was under construction while we stayed there and they have ZERO elevators and you have to carry all your luggage and coolers and things upstairs which is super inconvenient and a hazard for tripping or falling down the stairs.

The beds are shot and need to be replaced, now! It felt as if I was sleeping in a canoe. The springs were broken, and it didn't matter what bed I chose to sleep in. I have a bad back and needed a walker after sleeping in this hotel after 3 days. The floor behind the headboard hadn't been cleaned in what looked like 10 years! I didn't expect very much for a Days Inn, but it was not what I expected.

Some of the staff members were very disrespectful and rude. The old white lady during grave yard shift even got mad and rolled her eyes when I told her I needed to extend my stay. I wish I would have had the funds to stay else where but I guess its true when they say you get what you pay for....

Extremely rude woman named Cathy at the front desk. Accused me of being dirty then waggled her hand and talked over me when I tried to protest. She ran into a back room when I continued to try to speak to her. She also doesn't tip her delivery drivers and doesn't put the right address or answer her phone.

Called to confirm my booking and let them know I will arrive in the morning of the second night so they can keep my booking. I got there and there was no booking because i didn’t show up. The lady that was there that morning was helpful and made it work

Just won’t go back

This property is a bit dilapidated and the room wasn’t clean… Kind of gross.

The workers were absolutely great! The room itself was nice. Could tell it was very clean and fresh from the smell alone. Not to mention even the person cleaning the room was extremely friendly. Loved it.
